Traveling Notary Services Terms and Conditions
Traveling Notary Fee: A traveling fee of will be applied to all mobile notary services provided of The Dfw area, .
Deposit: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $25 is required upon scheduling. This deposit will be applied towards the total service fee.
No Refund Policy: Once an appointment is scheduled and the deposit is paid, it is non-refundable. In the event that you need to reschedule your appointment, you can use the deposit towards a new appointment within [2days] from the original appointment date. If you cancel the appointment entirely, the deposit will be forfeited.
Additional Fees: Any additional fees, such as waiting time or extended travel distances, will be discussed and agreed upon before the appointment. These additional fees will be added to the total service fee.
Payment: The remaining balance of the service fee (minus the deposit) is due at the time of the appointment. We accept cash, credit cards, and other Zelle Cash app Apple Pay as forms of payment.
Late Arrival: If you are more than [., 15 minutes] late for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Identification and Documentation: Please have a valid government-issued photo ID and all necessary documents ready for notarization. The notary is required to verify the identity of all signers.
Legal Restrictions: The notary public reserves the right to decline notarizing any documents that do not meet legal requirements or if there are concerns about fraud or coercion.
